Welcome to the Cape Wools Helpdesk. This page allows wool producers to request access to the Cape Wools Mapping Application, a tool designed to help identify and register your production unit. Once your production unit has been selected and verified, Cape Wools will issue you a Global Location Number (GLN), providing a unique identifier for your farm within the wool supply chain. 

To get started, simply log a Helpdesk ticket, and our team will assist you with access and registration.
